The custom design fee starts at $100 which covers the 3D printing and some design work... that cost could be more depending on complexity and how much 'from-scratch' work is required, but I lay that out in the estimates, along with metal and gem costs, plus finishing labor (polishing, stone-setting, soldering, milgrain and engraving, enameling, etc.).
